There are many UK magazine publishers. Publishers publish the magazines they are contracted to publish. A publisher basically distributes printed work such as magazines, new papers and books.

Details of locations, Props, Models.
Locations:
For the main locations I used the photography room that was available to use, the reason I chose this was because I was able to take good quality photos and also have a plain background so they would be easy to cut out from the background. For the smaller photos on the contents page I used old photos I had taken on my mobile phone the reason I did this was because I had poor organisation skills and didn't manage to set up a photo shoot especially for my contents page pictures however I feel that I made the pictures work as best I could.
Props:
I didn't use any props for my photos the reason for this is because my magazine was going to be a simple but effective and I wanted to show this in the photos as well as the magazine if not it wouldn't fit with the theme that I was going for.
Models:
I wanted Jordan to be my model as not only is he a stylish guy but he also has the right hairstyle and general look I was going for, and it fit right in with the theme of my magazine, it was also very easy for me to re-shoot a photo if I didn't like it because we are in the same class. My small contents page pictures there is a picture of a girl looking up, the reason I used this photo was to show that the magazine was not only aimed at men but woman also. I used 3 other models (however like it says above they were old photos I had taken that were on my phone) the reason I chose these guys were becasue they wanted to be in the magazine.
